## Discrepancy

ON CLIMB OUT THE PLANE WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE.  FLT 6362 INSPECTED & FOUND THE INBD EXHAUST SOV LOOSELY SAFETIED.  RE-SECURED INBD EXHAUST VALVE IN OPEN POSITION.  PERFORMED OPERATION CHECK OF THE PRESS SYSTEM IAW AMM.  OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
