LOSS OF ALL FLUID IN HYD SYSTEM NR 3.  COMPLIED WITH QRH, & PERFORMED MANUAL GEAR EXTENSION.  FLT 5650 REPLACED O-RING FOR BLANKING CAP ON NR 3 HYD MANIFOLD IAW AMM.
