CRACK NOTED ON FS 409+128 VERT POST AT LBL18, INBD C-CHANNEL IN THE AFT RADIUS.  C-CHECK COMPLIED WITH PERMANENT REPAIR OF FS409 + 128 VERT POST IAW REO & SRM.
