FS 409+128 VERTICAL POST RBL 18.0 SIDE HAS INDICATION NOTED AT AFT FLANGE RADIUS WL 69 APPROXIMATELY .2 INCHES IN LENGTH 50% FSH.  REPAIRED IAW SRM & REO.
