AFTER TAKEOFF, CABIN PRESSURE DESCENDS GREATER THAN 2000 FEET PER MINUTE FOLLOWED BY A GREATER THAN 2000 FEET PER MINUTE CLIMB.  RATE STABILIZES AFTER POWER REDUCTION & ABOVE 10,000 FT MSL.
