GEAR DISAGREE MESSAGE.  NLG WOULD NOT COME UP, RAN QRH PROCEDURE.  FLT 4550 PERFORMED FULL STRUT SERVICE ON NLG IAW AMM.  PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TESTS OF THE LG EXTENSION & RETRACTION SYS IAW AMM.  OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.
