VERTICAL BEAM RBL 18 OTBD POSITION AT THE BOTTOM , BELOW THE FLOOR LEVEL AT BS 409+128 IS CRACKED.  C-CHECK, REMOVED OLD POST, LOCATED AND DRILLED AND INSTALLED NEW POST IAW REO AND SRM.
