## Discrepancy

RT PACK FAILED, RAN QRH FOR PACK FAIL.  SHORTLY AFTER, SMOKE STARTED DEVELOPING IN COCKPIT.  RECEIVED A TRIPLE CHIME, MASTER WARNING AND AURAL SMOKE WARNING.  REPLACED RT TEMP CONTROL VALVE IAW AMM.
