## Discrepancy

WITH PACKS ON, APU STRONG FUEL ODOR THROUGHOUT FLIGHT DECK AND CABIN. WITH PACKS ON ENGINES ODOR DIMINISHES.  REPLACED O-RING ON FUEL CONTROL ELBOW TO FUEL SOLENOID, LEAK AND OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM.
