AT FL 30K WITH FLIGHT SPOILERS EXTENDED 50 PERCENT, AIRPLANE PITCHED TO RT AGGRESSIVELY.  REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 SECU AND THE LEFT FLIGHT SPOILER OUTBOARD PCU.
