FOUND FS 409.00 + 128 VERTICAL POST LBL 18.0, OTBD SIDE HAS INDICATION NOTED AT AFT FLANGE RADIUS APPROX .300" LONG, 50 PERCENT FSH.  C-CHECK FILE NR 2014NM060066.  REMOVED OTBD SIDE STIFFENER FROM FS 409.00 + 128 LBL 18.0 VERTICAL POST AND INSTALLED NEW SERVICEABLE STIFFENER IAW REO.
