DURING CLIMB OUT, CAPTAIN`S AIRSPEED INDICATOR DROPPED 40 KTS. WINDSHEAR WARNING ENSUED.  F/O & STBY INDICATORS WERE NORMAL.  FMS MESSAGE SAID AIR DATA DISAGREE.  RETURNED TO FIELD.  R & R NR 1 ADC IAW AMM.
