## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMBOUT,  THE CREW NOTICED THE PROPELLERS SUDDENLY FELT OUT OF SYNC.  CAPTAIN NOTICED THE RT PROPELLER AT 103 PERCENT.  ACFT RETURNED TO THE FIELD.  REPLACED RT PROPELLER OVERSPEED GOVERNOR.  SYS OPS NORMAL.
