## Discrepancy

RT PROPELLER OVERSPEED AFTER TAKEOFF.  CREW SAW 103.5 PERCENT WHEN THEY SHUT THE ENGINE DOWN.  RETURNED TO DEPARTURE.  R & R RT ENGINE PROPELLER CONTROL UNIT IAW AMM.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
