PRESSURIZATION ISSUES. UNABLE TO KEEP CABIN ALTITUDE LOW ENOUGH.  HAD TO DO AN EARLY DESCENT TO LOWER ALTITUDE TO HELP. FOUND INSULATION FROM THE BULKHEAD OBSTRUCTING THE OUTFLOW VALVE.
