LEFT ENGINE NOSE INLET COWL AFT BULKHEAD PRESSURE EQUILIZATION HOLE AT 12 O'CLOCK POSITION HAS NOTCH CUT INTO EDGE OF HOLE.   REPAIRED, NDT AND VISUAL CHECK INDICATE NO FURTHER DAMAGE IAW EA.
