PASSENGER DOOR FUSELAGE SIDE HINGE HALF 6TH AND 8TH LUG FROM FORWARD SIDE HAVE GOUGES.  BLENDED GOUGE ON PAX DOOR HINGE LUGS NR 6 AND NR 8 IAW REO.
