## Discrepancy

CREW WAS UNABLE TO BRING RT ENGINE BACK TO IDLE, FOLLOWED QRH AND SHUTDOWN THE RT ENGINE.  EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.   R & R RT THROTTLED CONTROL GEAR BOX IAW AMM.
