RT ENGINE THRUST REVERSER LOWER TRACK GOUGED APPROX TWELVE INCHES IN LENGTH.  EVALUATED GOUGE FOUND OUT OF LIMITS IAW REO , RT THRUST REVERSER REPLACED.  NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
