GEAR DISAGREE ON TAKEOFF.  RT MAIN GEAR DID NOT COME UP.  CLEANED ICE FROM GEAR AND PERFORMED OPS GEAR EXTENSION/RETRACTION IAW AMM.  OPS CHECK GOOD.
