RIGHT ENGINE FLAMEOUT 1800-2000 FT ITT WAS EXCEEDED 1170, HEARD LOUD THUMP, EMERGENCY DECLARED.  RETURNED TO FIELD.    R & R THE RT ENGINE ASSY IAW AMM.  RIG AND LEAK CHECKS ARE GOOD.
