NOSE GEAR DISAGREE. THIS FLIGHT RETURNED TO FIELD DUE TO THE NLG FAILING TO RETRACT CORRECTLY.   DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. LANDED AND TAXIED TO GATE WITHOUT INCIDENT.  SERVICED NOSE GEAR STRUT IAW AMM. PERFORMED NUMEROUS GEAR SWINGS OPS CHECKED GOOD.
