AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE FIELD WITH A GEAR DISAGREE.  NOSE GEAR DID NOT RETRACT.  RIGGED PS23 IAW AMM. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS OF NLG IAW AMM. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME.
