## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKEOFF, SELECTING GEAR UP, HAD A GEAR DISAGREE, AND NOSE DOOR OPEN WARNING MESSAGE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED 3B HYDRAULIC PUMP IAW AMM. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS IAW AMM.   NO DEFECTS NOTED.
