## Discrepancy

RT ENGINE 14TH STAGE DUCT WARNING MESSAGE   CREW COMPLIED WITH QRH . DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. THE RT ENGINE PULLED BACK TO IDLE.  REPLACED THE RT PYLON LOOP AND THE SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD.
