LANDING GEAR DID NOT RETRACT, WITH A/SKID INB CAUT AND PARK BRAKE SOV CAUTION. (FLT 5197) CLOSED REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR CONTROL HANDLE IAW AMM. REMOVED AND REPLACED PSEU IAW AMM. OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
