DURING CRUISE FLT 330, LT 14TH DUCT WARNING MESSAGE.  C/W QRH MESSAGE DID NOT CLEAR.  DECLARED EMERGENCY.  FOUND DUCT LEAK LOOP DETECTOR TOUCHING 14TH STAGE DUCT IN ENGINE LEFT PYLON, REPOSITIONED LOOP. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
