RIGHT INBD FLAP VANE CHAFED ON OTBD SIDE.  REMOVED THE WORN OUT OF LIMITS LEADING EDGE SKIN CAP FROM THE RIGHT HAND INBOARD FLAP OUTBOARD SECTION AND INSTALLED NEW SKIN IAW SRM.
