MACH AND STAB TRIM CAUTION MESSAGES DURING CLIMB OUT, WOULD NOT REENGAGE, AUTOPILOT PITCH WOULD NOT ENGAGE. DECLARED EMERGENCY.   REPLACED CA YOKE TRIM DISCONNECT SWITCH IAW AMM.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.  MACH & STAB TRIM & AUTO PILOT PITCH TRIM OPERATE NORMALLY.
