GEAR DISAGREE WARNING MSG AFTER TAKEOFF.  NOSE GEAR.  RETURNED TO THE FIELD.  CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. (FLT 4617) REMOVED AND REPLACED NLG BRACKET OPS CHECK GOOD.
