NOSE GEAR DISAGREE ON TAKE OFF RETURNED TO FIELD. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED.  PROXIMITY SENSORS WERE COVERED WITH ICE. THAWED ICE FROM GEAR. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS AND EMERGENCY EXTENSION.
