## Discrepancy

EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE INDICATION ILLUMINATED DURING CRUISE INTERMITTENTLY THEN STAYED ON. PARKING BRAKE NOT RELEASED THEN CAME ON. FOLLOWED QRH. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. LANDING WAS NORMAL WITH NO ADVERSE BRAKING.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE VALVE IAW AMM.
