GEAR DISAGREE WARNING MESSAGE. COMPLIED WITH THE QRH.  CYCLED THE GEAR HANDLE ONE TIME. GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 3A HYDRAULIC PUMP. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS IAW AMM. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
