## Discrepancy

FLAPS FAILED ENROUTE. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY.   REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RT BPSU WIRE HARNESS IAW AMM. CYCLED FLAPS NUMEROUS TIMES WITHOUT FAILURE. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
