## Discrepancy

CAPTAIN SIDE PITCH TRIM SWITCH INOPERATIVE AFTER TAKEOFF. FLT 3888.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CAPTAIN PITCH TRIM SWITCH IAW AMM. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TRIM SYSTEM. OPS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.
