NLG AFT DOOR LT ROD, BOTH ROD ENDS LOOSE AND WORN.   REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT AFT NLG DOOR ROD ASSY IAW AMM.     OPERATIONAL TEST OF THE NLG DOORS CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM.
