## Discrepancy

DURING OBSERVER OXYGEN SYSTEM FCD INSPECTION, FOUND OXYGEN FLEXIBLE HOSE CHAFED.  FILED CLOSED   REMOVED AND REPLACED OBSERVER OXYGEN MASK FLEXIBLE HOSE REFERENCING APPLICABLE STEPS OF AMM.  LEAK CHECK GOOD.
