## Discrepancy

BS 621 PRESSURE BULKHEAD,  FWD FACE ABOVE FLOOR,  AREA EXIBITS MANY SCREW STARTS AND GOUGES, AND SEVERAL DAMAGED RIVET HEADS.  REPAIRED THE BS 621 BULKHEAD IAW REO. COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD.
