CORROSION FOUND ON SILL BACKUP AT STRINGER 21L, BETWEEN BS 310 TO 333.   REMOVED AND REPLACED THE SILL BACKUP DUE TO FOUND TO BE OUT OF LIMITS IAW SRM, DWG AND REO.
