WHILE PERFORMING A MAJOR REPAIR ON THE FLOOR SUPPORT BETWEEN BS 477 TO 624 AT LBL 9,  DAMAGE WAS FOUND AT BS 653, LBL 9.  REPAIRED IAW SRM.
