MATERIAL REMOVED IS .004?, LOWEST REMAINING MATERIAL THICKNESS IS .076?.  FWD CARGO DOOR SILL IS OUT OF LIMITS DUE TO NO DAMAGE ALLOWED IN AREA, REF CRJ700 SRM.  COMPLIED WITH REO.  COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD.
