REPAIRED HORIZONTAL ANGLE AND FS 621.00 BULKHEAD AT RBL 36, IAW MHIRJ REO.  COMPLETED TASK CARD AND ATTACHED COMPLETED FORM 337.  NO WEIGHT CHANGE.  SEE CONTINUATION CARD FOR DETAILS OF WORK PERFORMED.
