NEW LOWER STRAP FABRICATED AND INSTALLED BY MHIRJ MRT PERSONNEL, PER REO, REFERENCE SNIEO FOR STRAP FABRICATION.  COMPLIED WITH TASK CARD AND FORM M-337.
