REMOVED TORQUE TUBE WITH CORRODED BEARING HOUSING, REF CRJ700 AMM.  INSTALLED NEW TORQUE TUBE P/N: 5911360-2 ON LT INBOARD FLAP, OUTBOARD ACTUATOR, TORQUE TUBE SUPPORT (BEARING HOUSING) WERE FLAGGED, REF CRJ700 AMM.
