STEERING INOP CAUTION ON TAKEOFF OUT OF IAH. COMPLIED WITH QRH LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT    (FLIGHT 3703 - FILED CLOSED)     REPLACED STEERING WHEEL WIRING HARNESS IN REF TO AMM CH 32-21-01. ALL OPS CHECK IS GOOD.
