PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF RUDDER SYSTEM OPS CHECK GOOD IN REFERENCE TO AMM 27-21-00. FULL DEFLECTION OBTAINED, NO BINDING OR LOCKING. DOWNLOADED FDR REFERENCE EAML 1009408 MOVEMENT WAS OBSERVED.
