DURING DECENT PASSING THROUGH 24000 L WSHLD HEAT CAUTION MESSAGE APPEARED. WHILE FOLLOWING QRH ARCING ON WINDSHIELD WAS NOTED. PASSING 20000 WINDSHIELD PLY SHATTERED.
