DURING APPROACH, NOTICED SPARKS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LEFT SIDE WINDOW, THEN A MINUTE LATER RECEIVED A L WINDOW HEAT CAUTION MESSAGE ACCOMPANIED BY 2 NOTICEABLE CRACKS INSIDE THE SIDE WINDOW.   (FLIGHT 4910 - FILED CLOSED)    REMOVED AND REPLACED L/H COCKPIT WINDOW IN REFERENCE TO CRJ 700 AMM 56-12-01 AND ATTACHED TASK CARD 56-220-1000-SKY PLEASE REFERENCE AML 1556915  FOR INITIAL INSPECTION. PLEASE REFERENCE AML 1558986 FOR STEPS 1-28 OF AMM COMPLETION. PLEASE REFERENCE AML 1558978 FOR COMPLETION OF WINDOW INSTALLATION.TORQUE WRENCHES USED1. S/N: 7597899 DUE 02/20262. S/N: 05-98 0306 DUE 01/2026
