RIGHT OTBD FLAP OUTER SKIN HAD SMOKING RIVETS.  FOUND AT NUMEROUS LOCATIONS ALONG FLAP.  REMOVED 10 SMOKING RIVETS AT RT OTBD FLAP OUTER SKIN AT NUMEROUS LOCATIONS ALONG FLAP IAW SRM 51-42-06-001-001-A01, AND SRM 51-42-13-001-001-A01. INSTALLED 10 EACH FASTENERS  AND COMPLIED WITH ALL STEPS REO 670-57-53-419, REV-.   COMPLIED WITH SKY CARD 51-900-1002-SKY.
