AFTER PEEL BACK OF UPPER RT HORIZONTAL SKIN, AN HFEC CONFIRMED CRACK WAS SEEN ON FR 11A UPPER FORWARD FLANGE  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT HORIZONTAL STABILIZER RIB 11A. PART REPLACED WITH OEM. NO CHANGE TO WEIGHT AND BALANCE.
